About our products:

All cards are handmade and assembled by me. I use high quality cardstock, papers, ribbons and inks. Cardstock and papers used are acid free. Printing is done on an inkjet printer using fade-proof and smudge-proof inks. To add a special touch to your vellum overlay announcement, a photo can be added by you once your receive your cards. The 4"x6" vellum overlay card will accodomate a 3-1/2" x 5" photo nicely, and the 5" x 7" vellum overlay card will accodomate a 4" x 6" photo. To add your photo, center and adhere it to the patterned paper underneath the overlay/vellum using a glue stick or double sided tape (can be purchased at any office supply store, discount store like Walmart or Target, or craft/scrapbooking supply store). 3-1/2"x5" photos are the typical "wallet" sized photos from studios like JC Penny's Portrait Studio etc. If you will be using your own digital photo, I recommend Winkflash for 3-1/2" x 5" prints.

Samples:

Samples are available upon request at no charge. Please to request your sample. Please include your verse choice, paper choice etc. and address in your request.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to continue providing free samples, I can only send 1 complete card sample per product per person (ie: 1 announcement, 1 note card etc.). However, I am more than happy to send swatch samples of any/all patterned paper choices with a complete card.

Pre-orders/Expectant Parents

If you are an expecting parent, feel free to order now. Please advise your card choices at the time of order (paper choice, wording etc). As soon as your baby arrives, email me with all the baby's statistics. We will then proceed with the order.

You may also choose to have your envelopes sent in advance (optional). Just pay an additional shipping charge of $5.00. If you choose the return address printing on the back flap of the envelope (optional), this will be done when your order is placed and shipped when complete (2-3 days from proof approval). Perfect way to get a jump-start on your announcements! While you are patiently (or not so patiently!) awaiting the arrival of your little one, you can address your envelopes and have them all ready to go. Then after your little one arrives and you receive your announcements, you can just insert them into the envelopes, seal and mail. One less detail for a new, sleep deprived mom to think about!

Payment:

Sweet Pea Creations accepts all major credit cards, e-check or existing funds payment through Paypal. Paypal is a safe, secure way to pay, and a Paypal account is not required. During checkout, select Paypal as your payment method. You will then be redirected to Paypal's site where you may choose to proceed with payment without creating a Paypal account.

Ordering information:

Upon receipt of your order, payment, and personalization information, you will be emailed a proof of your card within 24 hours. You may request changes and you will receive a new proof via email. When you are happy with your card, please respond with approval of the proof. We will then begin printing and assembling your cards. Your order will be completed and ship within 3-5 business days.

Shipping policy:

Sweet-Pea-Creations currently ships to the United States and Canada only.

All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or Global Priority Mail to Canada. I ship Monday thru Friday excluding any postal holidays.

Shipping rates are as follows (new postal rates as of January 4, 2010):

Shipping rates to the United States:

• $0-$25.00 = $5.50
• $25.01-$50.00 = $9.00
• $50.01-$150.0 = $10.50
• $150.01 + = $14.00

Shipping rates to Canada:

• $0-$20.00 = $20.00
• $20.01-$50.00 = $22.00
• $50.01-$150.00 = $25.00
• $150.01 + = $33.00

Return policy:

Due to the custom nature of this product, Sweet-Pea-Creations cannot accept returns. If you need to cancel your order, this can be done at anytime up until you have provided Sweet-Pea-Creations with a proof approval. if you need to discuss your order at any time.
